1. What is a Bella Baby Cake?
Also known as a nappy cake, a baby cake is non-edible gift that is made out of high quality infant clothes, singlets, face washers, bottles and socks. We call it a “cake” because it is shaped just like the edible cakes most people know and love. These wonderful cakes are handmade just for babies! It is the perfect item for any new or expecting mother!

2. When can I give a Bella Baby Cake?
Bella Baby Cakes are the latest must have centre piece for baby showers. To give a gift that makes a statement give a Bella Baby Cake to the mother of any newborn and watch the reaction of her and all the envious mothers around her. By giving a Bella Baby Cake you’re giving a gift that will be remembered.

3. I am unsure of the sex of the baby.
No problems we will happily make a Bella Baby Cake in non gender specific colour. Just ask any we can tailor make a cake to your needs.

4. What about Premature Babies do you cater for them?
We most certainly do, Bella Baby Cakes is proud to say that no baby is left out and we have a wonderful range for the smallest miracles. The premature option will be available or if you prefer please leave a note in the comment section on your order form.

5. What about babies on the other side of the scale?
Yes !!! We cater for babies that are large and lovely and whose mother’s have probably decided that one is enough. As for preemie babies please leave a note on your order form that the newborn is large.

6. What is the Quality of clothing used?
Bella Baby Cakes uses the highest quality brands, our buyers inspect each and every item of clothing that is used. At Bella Baby cakes we can assure you that the clothes we use for our cakes are clothes we would use for our babies.

7. What if I am unsure of hospital details or name used?
To be honest many present day mothers are spending less time in hospital. If you are able to give the mum to be a quick call and find out what surname she will be using as many new mums check in under their maiden names. Make sure that you write down the room and ward number as well as the name of the hospital. If you are unable to verify these details have the cake delivered to you and then deliver it in person and have the joy of seeing their face when they unwrap their Bella Baby Cake.

8. A group of us want to give a gift can we give a Baby Cake?
A Bella Baby Cake is the ideal gift for groups, friends, co-workers to give as each person can put in a nominated amount and the Bella Baby Cake can be made for the amount specified. Many of our corporate clients enjoy this benefit. Please email info@bellababycakes.com.au for more information.

9. How long does my order take to be processed?
Bella Baby Cakes aims to have a 24hour turn around timeframe. From the time your payment clears we try to ensure that your cake leaves our bakery with in 24 hours. Please note that Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday subject to payment clearing.

10. How will I know my cake has been shipped?
Once payment clears and your cake is shipped we will send you an email or give you a quick call to let you know that your cake is on its way to you.

11. How can I pay?
Bella Baby Cakes has several methods of payment available. We have visa and MasterCard facilities as well as direct deposit. Should you require direct deposit please ensure that your name is listed with your deposit.

12. Do you ship overseas?
At the moment we are only catering to the Australian market. We do however accept orders from overseas for delivery within Australia.
