All delivery times are approximations given by our courier company. While we use reputable courier companies who strive to meet their deadlines sometimes delays do occur. Bella Baby Cakes accepts no responsibility for delays due to unforeseen circumstances. By purchase you agree that late delivery due to courier delays does not entitle you to cancel your order.
Full payment is required on all items before items are released for shipping.
We take the utmost care in preparing and boxing your cake. In the unlikely event that the cake arrives damaged please notify us with in 5 days of receiving your cake. Once the cake is returned to us with original packaging and found to be damaged we will be happy to replace your cake as quickly as possible.
Please ensure that all delivery details are correct. Bella Baby cakes will not be held responsible for delays in delivery due to items being sent to the wrong address. Please double check that all names and addresses are correct.
Bella Baby Cakes does not accept responsibility or liability for damage or loss of goods after your order has been delivered. If you have chosen to have your item left at the address of recipient while no one is at home we do not accept responsibility for items being lost stolen or damaged.
